UK minister won’t "preach" on Canada’s emissions (Reuters)

Reuters - Britain’s energy minister said
on Thursday he will work with Canadian officials on technology
for fighting global warming, and steered clear of criticizing
Canada’s less-ambitious targets for cutting emissions.
